COMPANY PROFILE

Convoy Marketing Corporation was established by its mother company, Destileria Limtuaco & Co., Inc. (the oldest distillery in the Philippines since 1852), and its sister company, Archipelago Water Products International, Inc. (bottler of the world-renowned RainForest Bottled Mineral Water). These companies are now referred to as the Limtuaco Group of Companies.

Convoy was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision of the Philippines on February 7, 1994 under Registration No. AS094-001135 and commenced trading operations on March 1, 1994.

With the primary objective of maximizing the selling capabilities of both Limtuaco and Archipelago through the principle of centralized sales and marketing system, Convoy was formed to cater to wholesale and retail outlets such as supermarkets, groceries, convenience and neighborhood wine stores, hotels, on and off-premises and other outlets throughout the Philippines. This is made possible through its seasoned and high-caliber sales and marketing executives duly supported by its own transport fleet of over 140 delivery and service vehicles and distribution warehouses strategically dispersed nationwide. It is in the forefront of introducing and establishing leading brands in the liquor and bottled water industries providing in-house marketing support services thus continually evolving itself into a dynamic full-service marketing company.
